I cannot say enough good things about my experience! As an out of state buyer, and the challenges associated with that, the full team at Brown's West Branch Ford could not have been more helpful and PATIENT, as we worked through finance options, delivery options, and the like. They treated my rather paltry transaction for a 27 year-old used car as if I were buying a brand new $90K vehicle! When the car arrived it was cleaned and prepped just like it was a new car. Just a great overall experience! I would buy from them again in a heartbeat! Thanks again to Matt and team at Brown's West Branch Ford!

I bought my truck when BWBF was just "West Branch Ford" and it's been pretty reliable since. However, I had a paint issue and a concealed rust issue just as the warranty was expiring- it was pretty significant. Brown's stood behind the truck, made a claim with Ford and got it taken care of. The internet is full of stories of the exact same problem, same truck even, where the dealership didn't stand up for the customer. So for what it's worth, Josh and crew in service didn't punt when a lot of other dealerships apparently do, and for that reason I will buy my next truck from BWBF too. Any dealer can sell you the truck, the only difference is the commitment to service after that. That's five-star in my book.

I'm pretty disappointed with the vehicle I bought here I bought a 2014 F250 a few weeks after buying it I noticed it needed an alignment and was told that the shocks are bad and the drag bar and drag links were seized so an alignment could not be done on the vehicle contacted them they said to try using my warranty which didn't happen so I had to spend $1,000 in parts for new shocks and drag bar and drag links and steering components because the shocks were bad it chewed up my front tires so now I need another $1,000 for tires went to hook up my gooseneck all the trailer plugs don't work so now I got to track down that issue and I recently noticed that the cab mounts are bad I just feel kind of taking advantage of tuner and I traded the car that needed an absolutely no work for something that I'm going to have to stick three to five grand into and I've only owned it for maybe 2 months and put 2,000 miles on it but their technicians said everything was fine well I have the proof on the vehicle itself that nothing was fine maybe they're fine buying a new car but a used car I would take to a mechanic before purchasing. Only way I'd feel better in this situation is that they cut me a check for $1,500 to pay for new tires and new cab mounts and paid the bill to get my trailer plugs fixed but that's probably not going to happen lol
